1.Introduction

Welcome to Corner For Two. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Corner For Two app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Corner For Two (“CFT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a private space designed to help two people connect through shared moments, check-ins, memories, goals, conversations, and games.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Corner For Two.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Corner For Two. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

Corner For Two is intended for personal, relationship-focused use between you and one invited partner—not for commercial, institutional, or public broadcasting use unless we expressly allow it in writing.

3.Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Do not share your password with others or allow anyone else to access your account without your permission. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except where prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are used in ways that harm other users or the Service.

4.Your Shared Space

Corner For Two is built around a private shared space for two people. When you connect with a partner:

• Content you add may be visible to your partner within the same shared space, subject to how the app is designed.
• You are responsible for choosing whom you invite and for how you use the space together.
• Disconnecting, leaving a space, or deleting an account may affect what your partner can still see, depending on how content was created and stored.

We do not operate Corner For Two as a public social network. Your shared space is meant for intentional connection—not open distribution to the world.

5.Content You Add

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit to Corner For Two (“Your Content”).

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve Corner For Two—for example, to sync moments, memories, and messages between you and your partner.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share Your Content and that doing so does not violate anyone else’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

You agree not to upload or share content that includes:

• Illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or exploitative material
• Content that violates someone else’s privacy or shares another person’s information without permission
• Malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt or scrape the Service
• Content you do not have the right to upload or share

We may remove content or restrict accounts when we reasonably believe content violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the Service.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Corner For Two. For example, you will not:

• Use the Service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm another person
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to your partner
• Attempt to access another user’s account or shared space without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s security or infrastructure
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activity
• Upload content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts (zero tolerance)

We want Corner For Two to feel safe and calm. Use good judgment and treat your partner—and the Service—with respect.

7.Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information in your shared space.

8.Notifications

Corner For Two may send notifications related to your relationship activity, such as:

• Partner posts or reactions
• Check-ins, intentions, or reminders
• Memories, goals, or game turns
• Account or security notices

You can manage many notification preferences in the app and through your device settings. Some transactional or important service messages may still be sent when necessary.

9.App Availability and Changes

We work to keep Corner For Two reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features—or the Service in whole or in part—at any time. When practical, we will try to communicate significant changes through the app or other reasonable means.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of content that is important to you. While we take care with your data, technology can fail, and we cannot promise that any particular feature or piece of content will always be available.

10.Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the app at any time, subject to any in-app steps we provide.

When you delete your account:

• Your access to the Service will end
• Your partner may continue using the shared space if they remain connected
• Some content you created together may remain visible to your partner, depending on how it was shared
• Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons

Deleting your account may affect shared experiences within your corner. Please consider discussing significant changes with your partner when appropriate.

11.Third-Party Services

Corner For Two relies on trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, notifications, payments (where applicable), and cloud storage.

Those providers may process limited information on our behalf to support the Service. Their use of data is also subject to their own terms and policies where applicable.

If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple), your use of that sign-in method may also be governed by the provider’s terms.

Links to external websites or services (for example, music or media URLs you share) are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside Corner For Two.

12.Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet every expectation, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors or harmful components.

13.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CFT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Corner For Two after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.
